What you’ll experience: This class takes contemporary Pilates movements and elevates them. Using suspension straps with a Pilates bar anchored from above, you’ll engage deep stabilizers, improve balance, and challenge your body in new ways. The Pilates barrel adds a myofascial release element, while the springs challenge your stability that makes even small movements powerful.
